TOP 5 DESTINATIONS IN QUEZON PROVINCE

Villa Escudero Resort

Are you looking for a place to visit in Quezon Province? We highly recommend these places!

1. Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort (Tiaong)
This farm resort in Tiaong is just two hours away from Manila.  At the receiving area, a welcome drink is offered to tourists. Perfect for day tour, Villa Escudero offers a variety of activities like Museum Tour, bamboo rafting, swimming at their infinity pool/kiddie pool, jacuzzi and watching cultural shows.

The Pink Museum in the resort has a lot of amazing collections to showcase. They are all instagrammable, but too bad because cameras are not allowed inside. Dare break this rule and a fine of 1000 pesos will slip out of your pocket! In order to get you to the center of the resort, you have to take a carabao cart ride, an extraordinary experience you can have on your day tour. It isn't everyday that most of us get to have a carabao cart ride, right? These are The Villa Escudero serenaders! They will sing you folk songs during the ride. How lovely!

The resort's centerpiece or main attraction is the man-made waterfalls where a buffet lunch is being served. Here, people can chill after an eat-all-you-can lunch by the waterfalls. The dishes? Superb-tasting foods from steamed veggies to grilled pork, pork adobo, fried fish, fruits and more.

All these you can have for 1,500php for a day tour on weekdays and 1,600php on weekends. (Prices may change anytime.)

How to get there via public transport from Manila/Cubao:

-Ride a bus going to Lucena. Just tell the driver to drop you off at the entrance of Villa Escudero in Tiaong. From the main entrance of the resort, there are tricycles that can take you to the resort proper.

For other details, just search for Villa Escudero Plantations and Resort on Facebook.

2. Nanay Santa's Garden and Beach Resort. (Quezon, Quezon)

This humble semi-private resort lies at the heart of the Alabat Island in the town of Quezon. Yup! In Quezon Province there is a town called Quezon.

Nanay Santa may not have a great beachfront but people who have come to the resort were extremely satisfied. Aside from the serene and clean instagram-worthy garden setting by the beach, airconditioned and well-maintained nipa hut cottages, kayaking and sumptuous food, this resort's main asset is their amazing customer service.

The owner of the resort, as well as the staff makes sure that the guests' needs are well attended to. You will feel their extraordinary hospitality because they welcome guests as a family. Just tell them in advance what you need and they will provide it for you.

Wait, there is more! If you are looking for other things to do during your stay, you can tour around the town or go island hopping and visit destination number 3.
